ADA Grievance Procedure
TAC Â utilizes the ADA Grievance Procedure to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ("ADA"). It may be used by anyone who wishes to file a complaint alleging discrimination on the basis of disability in the provision of services, activities, programs, or benefits by TAC Industries. Alternative means of filing complaints, such as personal interviews or a tape recording of the complaint, will be made available for persons with disabilities upon request.
Complaints should be submitted by the grievant and/or his/her designee as soon as possible but no later than 60 calendar days after the alleged violation to the ADA Coordinator listed above.

Title VI Non-Discrimination
TAC values each individual’s rights and wishes to ensure that the level and quality of transportation service is provided in a nondiscriminatory manner; to promote full and fair participation in public transportation decision-making without regard to race, color, or national origin; and to ensure meaningful access to transit-related programs and activities by persons with limited English proficiency.
Title VI Complaint of Discrimination
Any person who believes that he or she, as a member of a protected class, has been discriminated against based on race, color, national origin, gender, age, disability, religion, low income status, or Limited English Proficiency in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended and its related statutes, regulations and directives, Section 504 of the Vocational Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, as amended, and any other Federal nondiscrimination statute may submit a complaint.

While a Complainant may preliminarily submit his or her complaint by online form submission, mail, facsimile, or email to the Title VI Coordinator, a signed, original copy of the complaint must be mailed to the Title VI Coordinator to officially begin the complaint process.
