A Day in the Life at TAC

Thomas finds joy in the camaraderie of his colleagues. He shares, “Coming in and having work to do alongside my co-workers” is the highlight of his day. His pride in his work is evident, especially when he says, “Putting things together and being flexible, being able to do all the jobs”.

Learning and Overcoming Challenges

Since joining TAC, Thomas has embraced new skills and faced challenges head-on. He notes, “Staying focused” as a key learning experience and reflects on his proudest moment: “Being hired full-time at TAC”. Transitioning from group work to fabricating cargo nets on the floor was a significant challenge, but Thomas met it with determination, stating, “Moving from working in the group to working on the floor and fabricating nets” made him stronger.

Inspiration and Aspirations

Thomas draws inspiration from everyone at TAC, highlighting the strength of teamwork: “Everyone at work, the team, and co-workers”. Outside of work, he enjoys bringing joy to others by “telling jokes and making people laugh”. Looking ahead, Thomas is focused on maintaining his position and expanding his skills, aiming to “maintain inspection position and working on the fabricators”.
