From flat hooks to belly bands, gluing straps and hook rings, to cutting off hardware, cleaning duties, and even administrative work, Natalie has done it all.
"I always wanted to learn packing when I started, but it kept getting pushed to the back burner," Natalie shares. "I'm most proud of finally getting the opportunity to help and learn that skill." Her journey exemplifies the spirit of continuous learning, proving that every task, no matter how small, contributes to the greater tapestry of expertise.

Through partnerships with AbilityOne and SourceAmerica, TAC is able to provide employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities and other barriers. One piece of this partnership is a contract with the United State Air Force to manufacture and repair Cargo Nets for the 463L pallet system.
