TAC Industries has been instrumental in my journey, providing support and guidance that has truly transformed my life. I have faced significant challenges in the workforce due to my disabilities and anxiety. In previous jobs, whenever I encountered difficulties or worked at a slower pace, I was often reassigned to positions where I felt miserable, leading me to either quit or set up for failure. This experience left me feeling like a failure and diminished my sense of purpose in the workplace.
Just when I was about to give up, I decided to seek out resources for assistance, which led me to discover TAC Industries. I was inspired by their mission to empower individuals to become more independent and successful, advocating for those who may not have support elsewhere, including at home. I was particularly impressed by TAC’s commitment to helping individuals with disabilities find their dream jobs and create a second home within the workplace. Unlike other organizations that merely place individuals in jobs and move on, TAC genuinely cares about the well-being and success of its clients.
Reading about TAC’s approach motivated me to reach out for help when I was ready to concede that I could not work, nor be independent or successful due to my disabilities. TAC believed in my potential and saw strengths in me that I had trouble recognizing in myself. They provided me with the chance and opportunity to prove that I am a capable person and a diligent worker, reaffirming my sense of purpose and belonging.
I have developed a deep appreciation for my job and the supportive TAC family. The changes in my life have been remarkable. My confidence has significantly improved, and my anxiety has decreased. I now go to bed without the worries or fears I once had about my workplace environment or my responsibilities each day. Although I have never been a morning person, I now wake up with a positive outlook, eager to start my day.
