The People Strengthening America’s Supply Chain
For Jason, working on equipment used by the United States Air Force is something he takes to heart. “We are the first ones to get our hands on the nets before they’re shipped to the men and women in the military,” he said. “It’s a huge honor.” Coming from a family full of veterans, Jason has always felt a strong connection to military service and the people who serve our country. “I always wanted to be a part of the military,” he shared. “This is as close as I can get to being in the military.” That personal connection gives extra meaning to the work he does every day.
Supporting Missions Around the World
Jason understands just how important cargo nets are to military operations. “Making cargo nets for the military is the most important thing,” he said. “How else would they get supplies all over the world?” Knowing the products his team creates help move equipment and supplies where they’re needed gives him a strong sense of pride and purpose.
Strengthening the Supply Chain at Home
Jason also believes it matters that the work happens here in the United States. “It’s a stronger product and a stronger supply chain,” he explained.
Being part of an American-made manufacturing operation means helping create reliable products while supporting domestic production and national readiness.
A Process Built on Teamwork
One thing Jason thinks people would be surprised to learn is how smoothly the process works from beginning to end. “It’s a fairly simple process,” he said, “and it flows from one station to the next seamlessly.” That flow depends on teamwork, communication, and every person doing their part to keep production moving.
Pride in Serving Those Who Serve
When asked what part of the work makes him most proud, Jason immediately thought about the people who use the products he helps make.
“Making the straps for the men and women who serve our country and keep us safe,” he said. For him, every piece produced is connected to the people relying on it in the field.
Quality Is Critical
Jason understands the responsibility behind the work and the importance of maintaining high standards.
“Quality is crucial,” he said. “Everything has to be spot on because it’s going to the military and is very much needed.” That focus on quality helps ensure every net performs as intended when it matters most.
Growing Through Confidence
Working at TAC has also helped Jason grow personally. “It’s made me more confident in what I can do,” he said, “and taught me to focus more.” That growth has strengthened both his skills and his confidence in his abilities.
A Supportive Team with a Shared Goal
One of Jason’s favorite parts of the workplace is the team around him. “The team is supportive and kind,” he shared. “At the end of the day, everyone has the same goal.”
That shared purpose creates an environment where people encourage one another and work together to succeed.
Work with Purpose
When asked what makes this workplace different, Jason’s answer was simple: “This work gives you a purpose.”
And when asked to describe what the work means to him in one sentence, he answered with one word: “Love. I love this job,” he said. “We take good care of these nets and make them with love.”
His story is a reminder that meaningful work is about more than production, it’s about pride, purpose, and caring deeply about the people and missions you support every single day.
