Firstly, we are proud to congratulate Karen Schissler on her promotion to Xplore Supervisor, Community Engagement Specialist. Karen joined TAC in early 2023 as a Support Coach, and has since become an integral part of our team. In her new role, Karen will oversee and coordinate our Xplore staff, serving as a vital link between management and our dedicated team members. She will be instrumental in developing and implementing engaging community integration activities for both facility-based and community-based services, fostering skills development and greater independence among participants, specifically for our Adult Day Service program.
Next, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Jana Hils on her promotion to Human Resources Assistant. Jana has been a valued member of our team since 2019, holding various roles within the organization. Her dedication and attention to detail have been evident in every task she undertakes. In her new role, Jana will continue to support our HR department, ensuring smooth operations throughout the employee life cycle and contributing to the success of our team.
Lastly, we are thrilled to announce a significant milestone within our Accounting department with the promotion of Amanda Hedger to the position of Accounting Manager. Amanda has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication, proficiency, and leadership since joining TAC Industries. Her promotion is a testament to her hard work and commitment to excellence. In her new role, Amanda will play a key role in overseeing our accounting processes, guiding our accounting team, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
