Net Repairs Associate
DEPARTMENT: Operations
LOCATION: 2160 Old Selma Road
NORMAL WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm
REPORTS TO: Net Repair Supervisor
POSITIONS SUPERVISED: None

SUMMARY:
This entry level Cargo Net Repair position is responsible for the accurate replacement of webbing by using the template on the tables as a guideline. The guides show the webbing measurement and dimensions. This position will handle hardware and glue guns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check measurements and dimensions of each piece that is being worked on. – Daily
- Place each product component that is being replaced in its appropriate spot as noted on the guidelines of the table for proper alignment.– Daily
- Use adhesive to the fabrication to heat up the materials to properly place the material together. – Daily
- Understanding of the tasks and industrial processes. – Daily
- Work with supervisor towards meeting performance standards. – Daily
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment. – Daily
- Support TAC’s vision, value, culture, and commitment to excellent customer service to all customers and stakeholders. – Daily
- Other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Satisfactory results of Local and State Records background check.
Negative results of Drug Screening.

4. After assembly, rolling nets for packaging, bagging the finished net, labeling the bag, sealing bag, counting and placing in box for shipment.

High School Diploma/GED (preferred)
Training on TAC Industries specific equipment provided.

SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Able to pick up at least 25 pounds (lbs) unassisted
Demonstrates and maintains regular and reliable attendance to work.

DEPARTMENT: Business Operations Department
LOCATION: Off-site

POSITIONS SUPERVISED: None

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet quota levels set by supervisor, keep and report daily production amounts, and report all downtime and problems affecting daily production.
- Box Building: Assemble shipping and packaging boxes according.
- Kitting: Collect and packaging multiple components into kits as specified by job orders or instructions.
- Labeling: Apply correct labels to products, kits, boxes with high attention to detail.
- Assembly Line Work: Assist with light assembly tasks as needed.
- Quality Checks: Inspect components and finished kits for accuracy and defects.
- Inventory Handling: Count, track, and restoke materials or kits as directed.
- Workstation Maintenance: Keep work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Documentation: Complete production records and logs accurately and on time.
- Sort material by size, style, and color while bundling.
- Responsible for following company safety guidelines.
- Keeps machine and work area clean and organized.
- May perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Maintains confidentiality
- Prior production or warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Maintains the chain of command
- Provides accurate and timely records as required by the position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work as a team in training, supporting and supervising individuals with disabilities in groups and individually in various skill areas focusing on advancing the individual’s path to integrated employment and advancing the individual’s path to community connections/membership in accordance with Individual Service Plans (ISP).
• Provides assessments and input for ISPs; participates in staffing meetings and development of IPs for individuals; assists in establishing outcomes and setting up programs to accomplish objectives; prepares plans for instructional activity; obtains necessary materials and equipment for training.
• Must be comfortable assisting with personal care as needed
• Must be able to drive transportation vans

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma/GED (required)
• Driver License with no more than 5 points

SKILLS and ABILITIES:
• Develops meaningful relationships with clients and reports praises and/or concerns
• Patient and calm communication skills to communicate with team and individuals with disabilities.
• Can think outside of the box and love to learn/share new ideas and work to see them practice
• The ability to deal with sensitive people in time of need.
• Can pass a drug screen, background check, and has a valid drivers license with less than 6 points on driving record (for driving individuals around the community).
