TAC Industries Welcome Tammy Stritenberger to Board of Directors
TAC Industries, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and other barriers to gain meaningful employment, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tammy Stritenberger to its Board of Directors.Â
Tammy’s extensive experience in education leadership and her dedication to empowering individuals aligns seamlessly with TAC’s mission to support people with disabilities and other barriers in reaching their full potential.
Throughout her career, Tammy has been a passionate advocate for creating accepting and supportive environments—values that mirror TAC’s own commitment to fostering workplaces where people with and without disabilities collaborate, learn new skills, and build a sense of purpose. As a curriculum supervisor and leader in district-wide strategic planning, Tammy has helped shape educational programs that improve learning outcomes and encourage the personal growth of students and staff alike. She has also been involved with TAC’s high school transition program, Bridging Abilities, as a partner and strong supporter for several years.
In addition to her leadership in education, Tammy’s impressive athletic accomplishments, including playing professional basketball in South America and being inducted into the University of Dayton Athletic Hall of Fame, reflect her perseverance, teamwork, and determination—all qualities that resonate with TAC’s mission to empower individuals to thrive.
At TAC, we believe in providing meaningful work that allows individuals to grow, share their voice, and prepare for life beyond our organization. With Tammy’s background in professional development and community engagement, we are confident she will contribute greatly to advancing our efforts to create safe, accepting environments where people of all abilities can succeed.
