This week, Meet Treasure!
Treasure is our Billing Specialist! She wears a lot of hats in this role, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as handling the billing for our services.
What part of our mission do you connect with?
Acceptance, compassion, and a willingness to learn.
What is your favorite part of the job?
I enjoy the people. Both the individuals we serve and my coworkers.Â

What are you most proud of in your career?
I've learned how to take on so many different roles over the years and I'm most proud of that, being open to continually learning.
What do you think is the most important quality someone needs to be successful?
You have to be able to work with a lot of different groups of people and understand that not everyone learns at the same speed or has the same history. And you have to be able to go with the unexpected.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned throughout your career?
To be flexible and willing to learn. You can learn so much from others and teach so much to others without even realizing it if you're open to continually learning and understanding.Â
If you had three wishes, what would they be?
Travel to Hawaii, be closer to my family, and world peace.
What are you most proud of in your personal life?
My family. My husband, my kids, and my grandkids.
What is something you've always wanted to learn?
How to crochet!
