Robyn describes herself as a “change maker,” and that mindset shows up in everything she does at TAC. With a focus on improving experiences, advocating for others, and listening deeply, Robyn works every day to ensure the people TAC serves feel seen, supported, and valued.
We sat down with Robyn to learn more about what drives her, what she’s most proud of, and why advocacy is at the heart of her work.
How would you describe your role at TAC?
“I like to think of myself as a change maker. I want to find what isn’t working and find ways to improve the experience at TAC.”
What part of TAC’s mission do you connect with the most?
“Advocacy. I love to stand up and support people who otherwise may not be able to.”
What’s your favorite part of your job?
“The people we serve and support. I come into work knowing I am appreciated and loved.”
What are you most proud of in your career so far?
“Presenting upcoming changes to the Clark County Board of Developmental Disabilities in the fall of 2025. I was proud to share my ideas for the future and discuss opportunities for the people of Clark County and surrounding areas.”
What do you think is the most important skill someone needs to be successful?
“Being a good listener.”
What’s the biggest impact you can make in your role?
“Listening to the people I serve, listening to the DSPs I work with, and then advocating once I truly understand the situation.”
What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned throughout your career?
“That we can make a huge impact in someone else’s life in just a few moments, so always go the extra mile when you can.”
Robyn’s compassion, advocacy, and commitment make a lasting difference at TAC. Whether she’s improving systems, supporting her team through training, or simply listening with intention, Robyn leads with heart and that impact is felt far beyond the moment.
