This week, Meet Cori!
Cori has been with TAC for just over 6 months! She is a support coach, which means she works to provide support for our individuals and ensure they have the tools they need to succeed.
What part of our mission do you connect with?
Helping individuals find out what they're best at.
What is your favorite part of the job?
The people, both my co-workers and the individuals I support.
What aspect of your job do you find the most rewarding?
When an individual is being trained on a new job or a new task and they learn it quickly. Watching their satisfaction is very rewarding.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned throughout your career?
To be patient and listen.
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?
Australia, I've always wanted to visit the zoo there.
What is one thing on your bucket list?
Skydiving
What is one thing about you that most people would be surprised to find out?
I won several national championships for baton twirling. I currently coach baton twirling at a local high school.
What is something you've always wanted to learn?
How to speak Spanish fluently.
