How would you describe your role at TAC?
“I oversee the repair and movement of military cargo nets while ensuring operations run efficiently and safely. My role connects production, logistics, and people to make sure we meet high standards while creating meaningful employment opportunities.”
What part of TAC’s mission connects with you most?
“That our work provides real purpose. Our team members aren’t just employed, they’re contributing to something bigger by supporting the military through the repair of critical equipment.”
What’s your favorite part of your job?
“Seeing our team take pride in their work. Every repaired cargo net represents teamwork, skill, and dedication.”
What’s the most challenging—and most rewarding—aspect of your role?
“Balancing strict military quality standards with production timelines can be challenging. But watching our employees grow in confidence and capability while delivering work we can stand behind makes it worth it.”
Where do you think you have the biggest impact?
“By creating efficient systems, ensuring quality control, and fostering a supportive environment where employees can succeed. When operations run smoothly, our people can truly thrive.”
