The People Strengthening America’s Supply Chain
For Kaeden, there’s something special about knowing the work he does in Ohio reaches far beyond the walls of the facility. “It’s pretty cool to know that we make these nets for the Air Force that travel all around the world,” he said. Every cargo net his team produces supports the mission of the United States Air Force, helping move supplies and equipment to service members wherever they are needed.
Supporting Something Bigger
Kaeden understands that the work his team does has a real impact. “If we didn’t build the nets, the military wouldn’t be able to ship equipment,” he said. “That’s a pretty big deal.”
That perspective gives meaning to the work he does every day. It’s not just about making a product. It’s about contributing to something larger than himself and helping support the people who serve our country.
The People Make the Difference
When asked what makes his job important, Kaeden’s answer was simple: “The people.” The relationships he has built with his teammates and the environment they have created together are what make coming to work enjoyable.
“You’re able to talk to anyone here,” he said. “We have fun and we get the work done.” That balance of teamwork and friendship has helped create a strong sense of community within the workplace.
Pride in Productivity
One of the things Kaeden is most proud of is his ability to contribute to the team’s success. “Being able to make multiple nets in a day,” he said. That sense of accomplishment comes from knowing that every net completed helps support the larger mission and keeps production moving forward.
Quality Builds Trust
Kaeden also understands the responsibility that comes with producing equipment for the military. “We’re working for the government—that’s a really big deal,” he said. Because of that, quality is always top of mind. “If the quality of the nets slips, we could lose their trust.”
That commitment to quality drives the work he does each day and reflects the pride he and his teammates take in producing a reliable product.
A Place People Want to Be
What makes this workplace different, according to Kaeden, is the people. “Everyone here is outgoing,” he said. “It makes it a place you want to be.” That positive culture creates an environment where employees support one another, enjoy working together, and share a common purpose.
Work That Means Everything
When asked what his work means to him in one sentence, Kaeden's answer said it all: “Looking back and knowing that we’re doing something for the Air Force right here in Ohio… it means everything to me.”
His story is a reminder that meaningful work can happen anywhere, even in an unassuming facility in Ohio where dedicated employees are helping strengthen America’s supply chain and support military missions around the world. And for Kaeden, being part of that mission means everything.
