The People Strengthening America’s Supply Chain
For Dannette, supporting the mission of the United States Air Force is something she genuinely enjoys being part of. “I love it,” she said simply when asked what it means to work on equipment used by the Air Force. Knowing the work she does contributes to real-world missions gives her a strong sense of pride and fulfillment. “It makes me proud and happy to know that the work I do helps the military.”
Keeping the Work Moving
Dannette understands the importance of keeping manufacturing and materials close to home.
“It makes getting the hardware easier and quicker,” she explained, “which means we can make nets quicker.”
Having access to domestically sourced materials helps the team work more efficiently while supporting a stronger American supply chain.
Pride in the Work
When asked what part of her job she’s most proud of, Dannette’s answer was straightforward: “Everything.”
That pride shows in the care and attention she brings to her work every day. She understands that every task contributes to the larger mission and that each role matters.
Quality Matters
In her role, quality is non-negotiable. “Everything has to be perfect,” she said. That commitment to quality goes hand-in-hand with attention to detail, especially in a process where even small mistakes can impact the workflow.
“I don’t want to be the one holding up the line if a mistake is made,” she explained. “I have to focus and pay attention to what I’m doing.” Her dedication helps ensure products move through the process correctly and meet the standards expected for mission-critical equipment.
Growing Through Opportunity
Over the years, Dannette has continued to grow professionally through the opportunities she’s been given. “I’ve learned a lot of skills over the years to help me advance and progress to the job I have now,” she said.
That growth has helped build her confidence and allowed her to continue taking on new responsibilities throughout her career.
A Strong Team Environment
One of Dannette’s favorite parts of the job is the people she works with every day. “Everyone works together really well,” she said. That teamwork creates an environment where people support one another, communicate openly, and work toward a shared goal together.
Supporting Something Bigger
For Dannette, the work is about more than just manufacturing. It’s about being part of something meaningful. Every net produced represents teamwork, precision, and pride in supporting those who serve.
And through her dedication and attention to detail, Dannette plays an important role in helping strengthen America’s supply chain and support the mission every day.
