Peggy has been part of the TAC team for two years, serving as a Support Coach (or Direct Support Professional). With experience supporting individuals both onsite and in the community, she plays an important role in helping people build skills and succeed in their daily work.
We sat down with Peggy to learn more about her role and what she values most about working at TAC.
How would you describe your role at TAC?
“I support individuals in learning and succeeding in their jobs, both here at TAC and in the community.”
What’s your favorite part of working at TAC?
“I like that everyone gets along well and works together as a team to get things done.”
What do you think is most important for success in your role?
“Flexibility and support from my supervisor are key to being successful.”
What are you most proud of in your personal life?
“My two kids.”
